The Space Read
How it works
For individuals,I come to your home, and we walk through the space together. I don't need to know your story to know how a space affects your body — through gentle, curious questioning, we notice how each part of your home makes you feel: what calms you, what overwhelms you, and how the space as a whole is affecting your inner state.
For business premises,
this same walkthrough is based on styling for the most sensory-sensitive or dysregulated person who might use the space, rather than one individual's personal sensory profile — since the space serves many different people, not one client.
What this isn't
It's not a formal audit, and it's not therapy or counselling — it's a conversation about your space, not your psychology. It's also a genuinely enjoyable process, not another overwhelming thing to get through.Who it's for
This is about small, workable changes, working with what you already have rather than a full overhaul, so it's just as suited to renters as homeowners and businesses. There's no styling and no purchasing involved in this session, just clarity on what's actually going on in your space, and where to start. This session stands on its own, or it's the natural first step if you decide to go ahead with the Full Service afterward. What you'll leave with
A few simple, practical next steps, and a new way of seeing your own space through a sensory lens — often noticing things about your home and yourself, or your business space for the first time.Investment — $120 per hour (most sessions run around an hour)

The Quiet Space Package
What's included
Selling your old pieces (optional) — If there's furniture or decor you no longer want or need for the space, I can help you sell it, so it doesn't just end up in landfill or sitting in the garage. I organise for items to be collected at a time that works for you, and the money made can go towards your new space.
If I need to be on-site for the collection handoff, an additional fee of $140/hr applies.Sourcing & purchasing — I source pieces that fit your budget, whether that's secondhand finds, locally made items, or affordable everyday pieces, and have them delivered straight to your home ahead of the styling day. It's not about one big hero piece, it's often the smaller layers that make the biggest difference: lighting, plants, throws, cushions, rugs and pictures. Whatever works for your space and your budget.
For business premises, items are sourced new rather than secondhand, to meet the site's hygiene, infection-control, and accreditation requirements.
The Styling Day — Once everything has arrived, I bring it all together and style the space on-site. You don't need to be there, though you're welcome to be. Before I start, I take a moment to clear the space and set an intention for what it's becoming, so the room feels like a fresh start, not just a rearranged version of what was there before.
Investment: $140 per hour
What it doesn't cover
The cost of any pieces for your space. You set the budget for furniture and decor, and I work within it. No budget too small. How Sourcing Works
Once I've sourced pieces for your space, I'll send you an itemised list with costs, including delivery if required. Once you approve and provide payment for that amount, I'll go ahead and purchase everything ahead of your styling day.Any large furniture moves are arranged by you beforehand — I'll guide you on placement on the day.
